Pricing and payment
Vine House Distribution Ltd's Online Bookshop aims to give the most accurate information on book prices at all times. We supply items at the recommended retail price except where a specific discount is offered. Our commitment is to ensure that once a book has been ordered the price quoted remains unchanged. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). You will be liable for any import duty, fees or taxes arising from deliveries outside the EC. By placing your order you authorise any such charges, to be charged to your credit card.
We accept payment with all of the following cards for online orders:

If your credit card or debit card fails you will be contacted by Vine House Distribution Ltd

Availability
We aim to give the most accurate information on book availability at all times. If a book is in stock, we will dispatch it on clearance of payment, usually within 2 to 3 days. For UK orders we aim to deliver within 2-3 days for all available titles. Please refer to our Delivery times and charges section for full details.
If a book ordered is not currently in stock we will notify you and your order will be automatically placed on backorder. In this case, any other books ordered will be dispatched immediately, and no additional postage charges will be levied. Backorders can be cancelled at any time and a full refund made on request by email sales@vinehouseuk.co.uk, by telephone +44 (0)1825 723398 or fax +44 (0)1825 724188.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, at any time up to 7 working days after receipt of your order. It is helpful to us to know your reason for cancelling, so that we can make improvements to our service.
To cancel your order, please contact Vine House Customer Services, by email sales@vinehouseuk.co.uk or by telephone +44 (0)1825 723398, stating your full name and address and the date your order was placed.
In the event of your cancelling your order you must return any goods that you may have received.
Tax
For all sales to private customers there is no VAT (Value Added Tax) charged. VAT is applied at the UK rate, which is zero for books.
Liability
Vine House Distribution Ltd accepts liability for any loss or damage incurred to the products supplied in transit. We will replace damaged goods or give a refund (see Returns and refunds). Risk of loss (and ownership) passes to you upon delivery.
